BMI View: Nuclear power accounts for the majority of electricity generation in France, although thegovernment has an ambitious target of reducing nuclear power''s share from 75% to 50% by 2025. It''s abold target and not without its opponents; consumers could face an increase in electricity bills of 30% by2017, according to a report by France''s Energy Regulation Commission.
