Greece Renewables Report Q2 2013 Apr 3rd 2013, 00:00 BMI View: We have revised our 2013 forecasts for solar capacity and generation, and now expect solargeneration to grow by 75.4% (up from a previous forecast of 16.7%). This is due to higher-than-expectedlevels in installed capacity for solar, as well as expectations for the introduction of a new framework toreduce red tape for solar projects in April 2013. We believe the Greek government will revise down feed-intariffs again in 2013 in order to contain its fiscal deficit and expect the effects of these revisions to be mostpronounced in the long term.We have substantially revised up our 2013 forecasts for non-hydropower renewables generation andcapacity in Greece....
